Shipping Time
Most orders ship next day however please allow up to two business days for
your order to process and ship. Once order is shipped we are not
responsible for transit time, or delays in shipping. We can not guarantee
any shipping times and all shipping times are only estimates. Shipping
fees are non refundable.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to the
state of New Jersey
Canceling an Order
Orders can be canceled up to 8 hours after
order is placed. After 2 hours order is considered finalized and can not
be canceled for any reason even if order is not shipped.
Product Usage
D.A.V. Electronics is not responsible for any damage due to misuse or improper installation
of any of our products. By agreeing to these terms customers waive all rights to
hold D.A.V. Electronics or any of it's representatives financially, civility or criminally
liable for any damages.
Return/Exchange Policy
Please note that due to the selling fees accociated with eBay.com and
Amazon.com our return policy's vary depending on where you made your purchase.
Website Orders ONLY: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and must be in working, new and unused condition. All returns must be made with in 30 days of purchase. After 30 days no refund will be given. To receive your refund you must first request a RMA number. To request a RMA please email your Name, Shipping Address, Order Date, and Order Number to sales@dav-electronics.com. Any shipment mailed back without a RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Once RMA number is provided you can then mail product(s) to us. Once we receive and verify item, we will issue you a refund within 3 to 5 business days. We will use the following formula to calculate your refund.
Original Purchase Price - Original S/H - 10% = Your Refund

Defective items: If you believe an item is defective please email us within 3 days of receiving your item for instructions. Emails regarding defective items must be sent within 3 days of delivery. Otherwise customer waives the right for a return.
